About US
Behave Later™ Founders, Robert & Stacy Earl
We’re Robert and Stacy Earl – the founders of Behave Later™ and the kind of people who believe life’s best moments are the ones you actually live.
We’re the ones who will book a last-minute trip to see Kenny Chesney on Opening Night at the Sphere. We’re the couple who sold our home, hit the road in an RV with our pups Annie and Jackson, and traveled 33 states in two years – chasing sunsets, meeting new friends, and collecting stories worth telling.
We’ll eat the cake. We’ll drink the drink. And we’ll make sure there’s always a reason to celebrate.
That same spirit is what drives Behave Later. Every Dirty Soda, charcuterie board, mocktail, and dessert bar we create is meant to spark joy in the moment – while still honoring our values of responsibility, respect, and connection.
Behave Later™: Our Philosophy
Indulge now. Behave later.
At Behave Later, our name is a little mischievous – but our mission is grounded in responsibility, respect, and shared joy.
We believe life is meant to be enjoyed in the moment: have the drink, take the trip, eat the dessert. Celebrate the good stuff now and trust yourself to make balanced choices later. But here’s the thing – “Behave Later” doesn’t mean “overdo it.” It means living fully while also caring for yourself and the people around you.
What It Really Means to Behave Later
“Behave Later” is about savoring the moment without losing sight of what matters:
- Drink responsibly – know your limits, hydrate, and enjoy the experience without pushing past your boundaries.
- Respect age guidelines – we do not serve energy drinks to anyone under the age of 13, and we encourage parents to make the best choices for their teens.
- Choose joy without regret – whether it’s a Dirty Soda, a mocktail, or a charcuterie spread, indulge in ways that feel good for you.
Our Pillar: No Means No – Consent Matters. Period.
At Behave Later, this isn’t just a policy – it’s a non-negotiable standard we live by and expect from our guests.
- No means no, in every setting, without exception.
- Consent is everything – whether it’s in conversation, physical interaction, or shared space, respect is the foundation of fun.
- We believe that a safe, respectful environment is the only environment worth celebrating in. If consent is absent, the party stops.
When you see the Behave Later name, you can trust you’re in a space where boundaries are honored, people are respected, and joy never comes at someone else’s expense.
Drinks With Intention
Our menu is built to be inclusive and mindful:
- Dirty Sodas and lemonades are alcohol-free – fun, flavorful, and made for all ages.
- Sprite-based Dirty Sodas are naturally caffeine-free for those who want fizz without the buzz.
- Energy drinks are clearly labeled with their caffeine content (equal to a double shot of espresso) and are served only to teens and adults.
We want every guest to enjoy our drinks knowing exactly what’s in them, so they can make choices that fit their lifestyle.
Fun That Feels Good
Behave Later events aren’t about excess – they’re about connection. We create spaces where friends laugh together, families share special moments, and guests leave feeling happy, not worn out.
Our approach is simple:
- Give you the best flavors and experiences we can.
- Make every detail Instagram-worthy and memory-making.
- Ensure everyone feels welcome, respected, and comfortable.
Why It Matters
The world doesn’t need more reasons to burn out, overindulge, or feel unsafe. But it does need more reasons to celebrate, connect, and create moments worth remembering. Behave Later exists to give you those reasons – in a way that’s lighthearted, flavorful, and rooted in care.
So go ahead – have the drink now. Take the trip. Laugh too loud. Make the toast. And when the moment’s done? You can Behave Later.
